Maddie performed with her Showstoppers group Saturday night at the Motor Boat Club on the Lake. It was a private party and not so many people watching her. She had a great time!

November 24th Festival of Trees
Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving! I forgot our camera for our Thanskgiving festivities! We went to The McKeowns and the Loops both and then I went shopping on Black Friday (crazy). Saturday my family came over to watch Maddie perform at the Festival of Trees with her Showstoppers group. Unfortunetly, Maddie wasn't able to perform. I don't know if it was all the people or the fact that everyone was there to watch her! That's okay, she did it later that night!

11/7/07 Maddie's Dance
Maddie is in a Hip Hop class and is loving it!! Several of her friends are in the same class, so that's been nice for me...car pooling!
11/7/2007 Maddie's Glasses
Maddie got her glasses today! She read FOUR books to me tonight with out one complaint. I hope it keeps up. She has been asking me everyday if they called to say they were in. You can guess who wants glasses now! The Dr. office this morning told me a story of a little girl who was having trouble in school and she had decided she couldn't see. Dr. Henderson said there was nothing wrong with her eyes, but if her parents wanted to get her glasses with no correction they good. They did and her school work improved!
11/05/07 Melanie's Dance
Well, I never thought Melanie would like ballet and tap. She loves it! We got to observe her class on Monday. She has been taking the class with her friend Brooke, but Brooke was sick on Monday!
11/4//07 Tea with Me
The girl scouts sponsor a tea with me event for the brownies and their Moms. We have snacks and door prizes plus some entertainment. We had a great time!
11/3/07 Hannah Wyatt's Birthday
Cheetah Diva's? Maddie's Friend Hannah celebrated her 8th birthday at Princess Wishes. They girls got their hair and nails done and made some lotion potion. In addition to dancing and a cookie cake!
11/03/07 Maddies Haircut
Maddie decided she wanted to see how her hair would look straight this time (enhancing her curls doesn't seem to work!) She loves her new hair doo! Of course it doesn't look this straight when I do it!

Halloween II
Grandma Dorothy and Papa Larry were with us on Halloween! Papa had a little procedure done in Springfield that day. It was nice to share Halloween with them too! Papa is doing fine!
Halloween
Trick or Treat! The girls started out trick or treating with their friend Gracie Chunes. She is in 1st grade and lives nearby!
We then met up with the Wyatts (Hannah/Pumkin Spice and Hollie/Snow White) and the Powers (Emily-Tinkerbell and Adam-skeleton). The Wyatts joined up for a few houses and then had to go one. The Powers continued our tradition of trick or treating together!! Of course we missed having the Kreidlers with us.
